Raintree Lake HOA Meeting Minutes - October 2023
The monthly meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Committee was organized on the seventeenth day of October ,2023 at the clubhouse . The meeting began promptly at 6:30 PM with President, Mr. John Smith , presiding over the gathered board members.

Suggested Amendments to Raintree Lake HOA Bylaws
The Raintree Lake Homeowners Association will be presenting several proposed amendments to the current bylaws at the upcoming monthly meeting on September 8th. Important Update Landscape Maintenance in Raintree Lake
Dear Residents,
This announces you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are excited/implementing several new initiatives designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.
Starting on late July, we will be implementing a revised schedule our landscape maintenance routine. This includes more frequent mowing of grass areas and additional landscaping projects. Our dedicated team will work diligently exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
